Check-in / check-out times

The rooms are ready for you on the day of arrival from 2pm onwards.
The check-in is to take place between 2pm and 6pm. In case of later arrival, we kindly ask for a timely heads-up in advance. The check-out on the day of departure is to be completed before 11am.
We serve breakfast between 7.30am and 10am. Upon request, it is possible to prepare the breakfast already for 7am.

Parking

Public parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the hotel.

Additional information

The breakfast room, the reception and some of the rooms are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
Within the hotel buildings and the apartments applies a strikt non-smoking rule.

Cancellation

The cancellation has to occur in written.

Hotel rooms

A cancellation free of charge is possible until on eday before the arrival.

Holiday and hotel apartments

Up to 14 days before arrrival, a cancellation is possible free of charge. In case of a cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the guest will have to cover 80% of the full price. If the guest does not show up on the booked arrival day, the full price will have to be paid.

Payment

The payment takes place on the day of the check-out. In addition to cash payments, we accept debit-, Visa-, and Mastercards.
